March for Babies - Huge Success!

Family and Friends,

The March of Dimes was a huge success. Thanks to all of your support, we collectively raised more than $2,500 to help other families. Thank you so much for the continued support.

With lots of Love!

Babies Situation:

The Girls had another visitor today. Our friend, Jana, swung by for a little bit to meet the babies for the first time. She got to experience a very special day for all of us. After 8 ½ weeks of life, the babies were finally reunited into a double crib. We are also happy to report that our good friends “The Reids” took home their 24 weekers (Jenna and Blake) today - Congratulations!! We’ll miss you but we are so excited for you. Crystal(one of the girls primary nurses) worked her way into getting us the Reid's double crib now for our twins. Thank you Crystal as the girls would have been separate otherwise. We would have been really disappointed if the twins would have been moved into separate single cribs. What a great day!!! We both held the babies as Crystal finished moving all their stuff over to the crib. Now the babies must keep up their body temps to remain in the cribs. We can’t afford them to get cold because they will burn too many calories trying to stay warm. Kinsley also was moved over to the nasal cannula at 2 PM. Please pray that she will remain on the cannula. She has had a handful of A’s and B’s but she might also be getting acclimated to the cannula. One last piece of good news. Trinity and Kinsley weighed the same today. They both are 3 lbs 11 oz!! Amazing.

Parent's Thoughts:

Today was an incredible, special day for all of us. With Kinsley moving to the cannula and the twins finally reunited in a crib, we were ecstatic and thankful. Another day of blessings for us. Thank you God. We are blessed to have such great nurses and doctors, we are blessed with the progress of the babies so far, we are blessed to have such great support from friends and family, we are blessed each day we have with our babies, and we are blessed to have God as the center of our lives.

Our Daily Encouragement:

But the eyes of the Lord are on those who fear him, on those whose hope is in his unfailing love.

Psalm 33:18
