Family and Friends,

The March of Dimes was a huge success. Thanks to all of your support, we collectively raised more than $2,500 to help other families. Thank you so much for the continued support.

Babies Situation:

Trinity had an extra special day today. She had her first try at bottle feeding and was taken off the nasal cannula. She is breathing on her own without any support - How amazing. Dr. Diven decided to give her a chance on her own so hopefully she is strong enough to register her breathing. Michele and I also gave them their baths. As far as the bottle feeding, Trinity was able to take in 2 cc’s and then was fed the rest through a nasal feeding tube. They had to remove the other feeding tube to allow for bottle feeding. Kinsley also gained a little weight and is now 4 lbs 4 oz. Trinity remained at 4 lbs 2 oz.

Parent's Thoughts:

We are so happy to see such good progress but also know that the move off of nasal cannula was more a trial to see if she could handle it at this point. So far so good but we do not want to get to excited in case she does have to go back on some pressure. With Trinity being off the feeding tube and the nasal cannula, we can finally see her entire face. We are very thankful that God is on their side - praise, praise, praise.

Our Daily Encouragement:

Because of Christ and our faith in him, we can now come fearlessly into God’s presence, assured of his glad welcome.
